We're looking for the first 100 parties

Of the parties held from November 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, the first 100 get the Party-size plan for free. Weddings, receptions and after-parties count too (at most 20 of the 100 in total).

Open until January 10, 2027, or until 100 parties have taken a place, whichever comes first.

On the next screen you create the event. You type the code on the screen where you choose the plan.

What is free

The Party-size plan is free (its usual price on the Japanese screens is ¥2,980).

  • Up to 80 guests
  • Up to 27 shots each
  • Photos are kept for 1 year after developing

Everything else works as usual: QR table cards, the screen at the venue, developing the next morning, saving as a ZIP.

Who it is for

  • The party must start between November 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027 (Japan time).
  • Weddings, receptions, after-parties, year-end and New Year parties, class reunions and so on (parties of up to 80 guests).
  • Weddings, receptions and after-parties together take at most 20 of the 100 places. How weddings are counted: a party made with "This is a wedding, reception or after-party" ticked on the create screen counts as a wedding (it goes by what the host tells us). Other parties do not count toward the 20 weddings.
  • One account can use it once, for one party.
  • You do not have to buy a paid plan to use it, and it is not a bonus for people who bought one. Any account can use the code without buying anything.
  • The code cannot be resold or handed on. If it is used for a party that is not covered, we may ask you to pay the difference to the regular price.

Paid plans are not offered on the English screens yet. If your party will have more than 80 guests, switch the screen to Japanese and use "Upgrade the plan" on the event screen after you create it: the free Party-size plan counts as already paid, so you pay only the difference (Premium +¥2,000, Wedding +¥5,000; the amount you see is the amount you are charged).

How to join

  1. Press "Start free" and create your event. Enter your e-mail address and we send you a sign-in link (no password).
  2. Enter the event name and the start date and time, then press "Next" twice.
  3. On the "Plan and payment" screen, type this code in the "Code" box and press "Use the code": SENKO100 For a wedding, reception or after-party, also tick "This is a wedding, reception or after-party".
  4. When it says the code works and the plan is free, press "Create for free". No card entry or payment screen appears.

About posting

Whether you post on social media is up to you. We do not tell you what to write, and there is nothing in return.

If you do post, it would help readers if you mention that you used the free place, for example "Provided by Yokuasa" (this is a request). The free place is the same if you do not.

Good to know

  • Only photos taken with the Yokuasa camera are collected. Photos taken with the phone's own camera app are not.
  • Each photo is shrunk to 2048 pixels on the long side on the phone before it is sent. Video is not supported.
  • Photos are kept for 1 year after developing, then erased automatically. Longer storage is not available yet (in preparation).
  • Printing the table cards and your phone data are your own cost (see the legal notice).
  • Yokuasa does not use your guests' album photos in its own advertising. If we want to show one, we ask the person who took it each time.
  • Open until January 10, 2027, or until 100 parties have taken a place, whichever comes first.
  • If you delete the party yourself, its place does not come back (one account, one place). Before the photos are developed, you can change the date and other details without deleting the party. If Yokuasa cancels a party, its place goes back and is counted in the number left.

Is it really free?

Yes, if your party fits the rules (dates, guests) and is one of the 100.

Can I use it for a wedding?

What if I have more than 80 guests?

What happens to the regular prices after the first 100?

The plan that is free for up to 10 guests (15 shots each, kept 30 days) is separate from the first 100, and as things stand it will stay after the recruiting ends. Paid plans for bigger groups are coming soon on the English screens. If we change anything, we tell you before we do.
